Real kids Need Real People is the philosophy that has evolved out of our Directors work over the last 10 years. This is a philosophy that has continually produced positive results and has been applied using "realistic role models". Utilising these realistic role models with young offenders and troubled young people from care has seen results that have extended far beyond the expectations of all people previously involved with the young people. Elevation will continue to supply a service of support based on the fact that reality works, reality of support in the widest range of situations - in the home, in education, in social skills, in training, in crime and drug free lifestyles, in health. This real support is provided on a basis of safety, stability and opportunity for the young people within an unwritten contract of mutual respect between the young people and the staff.
Elevation provide real workable opportunities for young people to develop in a positive manner giving them realistic expectations and the real ability to control their own lives with the knowledge the support IS there should they fall. Elevation will continue to provide best value service to the local Authorities and the best possible service to the young people in our care whether they be accommodated or on a day time sessional basis. Elevation will expand this real and workable modus operandi into other fields such as an extensive information and resource centre and a high quality specialist education service.
Elevation will continue to work through the mediums of sport , music & art developing highest quality opportunities for young people to participate in positive activities with realistic role models.
