Referrals

Elevation are a philanthropic organisation but are not government funded, therefore we do have to charge for our services.

If you are interested in accessing our services, the normal route is via our 'referral form', which you can download and complete on this page.

Try to give as much detail about the young person, you are enquiring about. This will allow our referrals team to give you a rapid decision on whether it would be appropriate fro us to undertake the work you have requested.

It is important to remember that we will not simply accept work if we have doubts as to whether our work will benefit the young person. This is why our referrals team will assess the information you supply on the referral form very carefully before making a decision.

If it is deemed that we can work with your young person, the next step is to meet the young person. It is important that the young person shows an interest in working with us. If this is the case then a purchase contract will be drawn up confirming costs and payments methods. Once this is signed then the work can begin.

Please bear in mind that although this sounds like a long drawn out process, in many previous cases we have arranged a referral to admission time of under 1 hour.
